At the moment we are looking to hire a new colleague to our HR department of UPS Small Package Belgium in Diegem. As an HR Advisor you will be responsible for the employees of some departments for all HR related issues. You will be especially active in the fields of Recruitment, Talent management, HR related administration or Employment/Labour Law agenda. Also you will work on certain projects and handle day-to-day HR tasks.

In this role you will be the single point of contact for your group of employees in regards of HR/social related issues. This group of employees will be our colleagues from package operations department. You will be present on the workplace and understand what’s going on. Therefore you will work:

2 days a week 06:00-15:00 to support morning operations

2 days a week 14:00 - 23:00 to support afternoon and evening operations

1 days a week 10:00 - 18:00 to cooperate with colleagues from other departments and HR team

Your profile:

  • You have minimum a bachelor degree, by preference in a HR related field

  • You have already a first experience within a HR related position

  • You are willing to work in operational logistics environment

  • You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English

  • You can easily cooperate with colleagues from diverse departments

  • You have strong organizational skills and you are flexible minded

  • You can work independently but you can work in a team as well

  • You can work with MS Office. You can create a PowerPoint presentation, handle data in Excel or prepare documents in Word
