UPS Sr. Administartive Coordinator in Miami, Florida

The Senior Administrative Coordinator gathers, verifies, analyzes, and manipulates data for report generation. She/he is responsible for handling high level confidential company documents. The position creates and maintains complex queries using data from multiple sources and audits data for accuracy and validity. She/he creates and distributes confidential reports, and works with all functions to process information requests.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining complex queries and reports using various software packages and databases.

  • Handle high level confidential information.

  • Ability to edit and/or customize queries/reports upon request.

  • Determining methods and procedures for completing complex tasks or following a standard operating procedure as applicable.

  • Performs Data Quality Audits.

  • Preparing and/or coordinating information for individuals within own work unit as well as other functions or departments with limited supervision.

  • Requires advanced office support knowledge and skills.

  • Judgment and independent initiative is required to identify, adapt and apply approaches to solve problems.

  • Work involves performance of routine and non-routine tasks and problem solving as a regular part of the job.

  • Provides administrative support to various departments.

  • Contacts are normally made with limited or no supervision.

  • Supporting the senior management team in ad-hoc requests as needed.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision with a high attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated proficiency and ability in advanced use of Microsoft Excel.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

  • Accurate and rapid data entry.

  • Strong written and oral communications skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged information.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to read and write in English and Spanish.

  • Must be able to translate between English and Spanish.

  • Must have administrative/job related experience.

  • Must have an advance proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.)

  • Must have proficiency in Powerpoint.

  • Must be able to work extended hours as per business needs.
