As an HR advisor you are responsible for the employees of some departments for all HR related issues. This means that you will be in charge of following tasks: HR Administration:● Prepare appendixes of contracts ● Report HR related data

● Follow-up of the employee files ● Prepare official documents for career break, educational holidays,… ● Calculate the holidays of the employees

Work on certain projects (absenteeism, internships, competence management, …..) Be the single point of contact for your group of employees in regards of HR/social related issues and the management. Be present on the workplace and understand what’s going on.

Talent Management:

● Point of contact between the temp agencies

● Attract candidates by advertising, be present on job fairs, contact schools, temp agencies,…. ● Screening of CV’s , invite candidates and conduct interviews with potential candidates ● Prepare and offer contracts to candidates

Profile:● You have minimum a bachelor degree, by preference in a HR related field ● You have already a first experience within a HR related position ● You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English ● Strong organizational skills and flexible minded ● Independent worker as well as team player ● Proficient with MS Office

● Willing to work in the different operations
