  • Become a subject matter expert on UPS Freight Forwarding products and customer technology solutions by responding to internal and external customer enquiries on timely basis

  • Supports customer qualification and onboarding processes for assigned products and customer technology solutions

  • Solicits customer and competitive feedbacks from salesforce, or respond to routine enquiries from internal stakeholders

  • Administers accurate user profiles for Corporate BIA and CRM Tech systems

  • Become a subject matter expert for SLIM and UPS DRIVE by responding to users' enquiries on timely basis

  • Provides advisory on how Freight Forwarding initiatives are entered and reported through UPS DRIVE and identify gaps to improve performance and productivity

  • Supports regular and ad-hoc reports and data requests to facilitate decision making


  • Diploma holder with 2 years’ experience, or fresh Degree holder in Business IT

  • Possess a basic understanding of supply chain concepts, industry trends and customer issues

  • Strong interest to develop one’s knowledge and skillsets in Logistics industry

  • Possess strong analytical and project management skills

  • Demonstrates at least an intermediate competency in MS Excel and MS Access

  • An effective communicator who is fluent in English and Mandarin (or 2 nd language)
