Job Objective:

The appointee impacts the organization by providing a variety of administrative support services to assist the business development activities of the Enterprise Account Managers.

By providing the support, the individual helps to ensure that the EAM is able to concentrate on business development objectives and activities related.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of sales collaterals and materials for business reviews

  • Preparing/compiling customer and internal reports

  • Pre Sales and Post-Sales Support by conducting research and gathering client data, facts and information to support business development

  • Preparation of presentations and proposals for external and internal customers

  • Assisting EAM in preparing RFPs/RFIs/RFQs

  • Support with gathering all required data for QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews); creation of QBR presentations

  • Ensuring presentations contain the latest UPS product/service information and are customer friendly and presentable based on marketing guidelines

  • Preparation of net rate charts either in UPS format or customer’s format

  • Assist in the development of the yearly business planning process. Liaise with other departments as required to develop and implement marketing/business plans.


  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ or Diploma with 2-3 years working experience

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Strong computer skills in MS Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) and some programming knowledge

  • Demonstrate good numerate skills

  • Possess logical thinking qualities and approach

  • Possess a positive attitude towards a challenging work environment and a team player
