Job Summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) is currently seeking experienced and dynamic Regulatory Affairs Manager to provide strategic regulatory leadership to enable compliance with global regulatory developments. This position receives and provides regulatory direction and researches the applicability of regulations. This position plays a critical role in providing strategic compliance support for new service offerings and emerging markets for UPS Healthcare. This critical role will work with marketing, regulatory consultants and local Regulatory Affairs resources to coordinate the successful implementation of new strategies. This position manages supervisors and other support staff as applicable.


  • Provides strategic regulatory input for marketing teams for new service offerings, emerging market strategies and acquisition support

  • Selects and manages regulatory consulting agencies to support strategic offering strategies

  • Acts as a liaison with local Regulatory Affairs team to support implementation of new service offerings

  • Develops and implements Global Regulatory Affairs Policies and Standards to align global, regional and local regulatory objectives

  • Provides marketing support for external customer facing website and customer proposal documents regulatory content

  • Maintains knowledge of current regulatory environment and provocatively provides regulatory intelligence to communicate relevant issues


  • Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC)
