About Customer and Billing, Business Relationship Management at UPS Technology:

Members of Customer Information Management (CIM) work as the liaison between business groups and the technical teams at UPS Information Technology to create solutions that are the most efficient and cost effective product to meet the needs of the business. They resolve risks and issues in a timely fashion that allows for critical paths not to be impacted. They analyze competitor’s offerings as well as provide production support for individual customer issues and system wide impacts (outages, security issues, etc…).

About this role:

The CIM Sr. User Representative will be responsible for Program Management for the suite of UPS APIs and oversight of the UPS Ready Program. Developer Kit Strategy has been defined into five work streams: Governance, Documentation, Customer Integration Environment, Support and Technology Enhancements. The position is required to move each of these threads forward and ensure strategic goals are met through management and follow up of the individual efforts defined within each thread.

He/She is responsible for the management of the five strategic work threads and the efforts defined within each. The position will constantly evaluate the existing work efforts and analyze the new project requests to ensure that current deliverables align to strategic goals of the program.

The candidate will be responsible for facilitating meetings to achieve desired results (e.g., timelines, metrics, goals, etc.), coordinates and prioritizes workflows with all impacted teams, provides mediation within teams to resolve conflicts, interfaces with internal and external customers, staff, and teams to gather requirements for enhancements that define future strategic direction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Intermediate Access skills and advanced Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication and organizations skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or the equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or the equivalent
