Job Description:
CENTRAL CASHIERING ( FIXED TERM CONTRACT)
Location : Koropi
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To ensure a smooth process and flow of the Cash collections, ensure compliance to statutory requirements and cash books accuracy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Central Cashier cash keeping and daily cash reconciliation
Daily cash transactions in GL and Sub ledger and daily reconciliation of accounts
Control and support reconciliation for credit card transactions via POS & Web charges
Transactions in Sub ledger and GL software of AR cash collections
Reconciliation by waybill for collections from subcontractors and communication of the result internally
Contact and resolving any customer's questions concerning COD(cash on delivery) payments
Control and support reconciliation for other cashiers (central office and reception)
Monthly reconciliation of Cash & Bank GL accounts
Self Audit preparation , submission and development of action plans
What we Expect from the applicants
Degree or Diploma or equivalent in accounting , finance, economics or business administration
1-2 years of experience in cashiering position or in accounting department will be considered as plus
Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
Experienced in MS office – Excel and Access
EN Language at advanced level
Must be technical, organized, and detail-oriented
Must be professional, friendly, and confident
