UPS BaSE Call Center Intern in Atlanta, Georgia

BaSE Call Center Intern

Co-Op reviews facility work logs, dispatches vendors, and follows-up on previously dispatched work. This position performs tasks within planned durations to meet established deadlines. He/She collaborates with teams to ensure effective communications and to support the achievement of objectives.

Must be able to work 15 - 20 hours per week while school is in session. Potentially work 40 hours per week during the months the Co-Op is not in school.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Access) and be able to create databases to extrapolate data

  • Positive, Energetic Personality

  • Great Phone etiquette

Education:

  • The desired Co-Op will be currently enrolled in a degreed college/university program pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline, or has graduated from a degreed college/university program within that last 24 months.
