Job Description:

Job Summary

This position implements and provides support to sales teams by distributing internal communications materials and managing other related initiative projects. He/She runs and administers day-to-day activities of the office and ensures sales support employees receive training and technical support. This position supervises the Sales Support Specialist and other administrative personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates and distributes communications material to an internal audience.

  • Collaborates with sales stakeholders and functions to ensure the accuracy and consistency of messages.

  • Quickly and thoroughly investigate topics to clarify key messages and audience impacts.

  • Conducts in-depth analyses to understand performance gaps and supports strategy development to make informed decisions.

  • Monitors compliance and execution of Corporate endorsed sales processes and procedures.

  • Tracks and reports goals for initiatives to ensure compliance with reporting structure, measurement frequency, and communication flow to sales resources.

  • Determines employees training needs to produce development plans.

  • Provides on-going feedback and support to improve performance.

  • Sales Training or Training experience

  • Microsoft Office

  • Graphic Design experience -Preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Business or similar discipline – Preferred
