UPS UPS Capital BIA Marketing Intern in Atlanta, Georgia
UPS Capital Business Intelligence and Analytics is seeking an intern to impact the organization by providing direct support to the Business Intelligence and Analytics team. This position supports the organization by providing analytical insights for mitigating risks, creating and maintaining reports/dashboards for organizational use and conducting data/research analytics. Responsibilities and Duties
Gathers large amounts of data to research, analyze and provide data visualizations
Analyzes trends and forecasts future performance of products
Supports subject matter experts in specific business analysis areas while expanding his/her knowledge base
Prepares reports for management to provide updates and recommendations on current processes
Performs ad hoc requests
Knowledge and Skills
Demonstrates ability to think critically and problem solve
Demonstrates leadership attributes through projects
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable manipulating large databases within Power BI, Microsoft Excel and etc.
Confident communicating across all levels of management
Able to multitask and work with cross functional teams
Demonstrates excellent time management and organizational skills
Rising college junior or senior, or recent graduate within the last 24 months
Available to work 40 hours per week - Preferred
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's Degree Business Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or Computer Science – Preferred
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook), Microsoft SQL, Power BI, and Tableau- Preferred
