We are looking for a new Team Leader to fill a vacant position in Barcelona. This is not a job for everyone, we are looking for a special person... we are looking for YOU!

What do you do in a day?

  • Management of the personnel in your charge. Training and formation of the team.

  • Identification and development of potential talents for the company.

  • Focused on excellence in customer service.

  • Daily monitoring of service elements (KPIs) and initiatives for continuous improvement.

  • Meetings with service providers (OSPs) when necessary for the correct monitoring of customer service.

  • Coordination of area projects. Communication with other departments for the execution of projects (Maintenance, IE, etc.).

  • Coordination of center and service audits. Monitoring of the points found.

  • Resource planning, holidays, Peak. Adjustments and execution of plans.

  • Support in operational functions when necessary.

What should you be able to do?

  • Higher Level Vocational Training studies are essential. University Degree (completed or in process) will be valued.

  • Advanced knowledge of the English language is essential.

  • Curiosity, eager to learn new areas of the business and develop service knowledge.

  • Strong leadership qualities and quick decision making.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Resolute leader capable of solving unforeseen events.

  • You are flexible and analytical, you like to solve problems and make decisions.

  • Knowledge of MS Office systems: Excel, Outlook – User level.

  • Flexibility is important within our organization, also for this position. Hours: 06:30 - 12:30 and 15:00 - 17:00 ( only Saturdays ).

  • Previous experience in operations and team management will be an advantage.

  • Availability to travel occasionally.
