Job Description:

Job summary:

The Customer Communications Specialist (Temp) will coordinate content and campaigns for UPS Europe, to engage and inform customers, attract new prospects and support the sales teams. He/she will be responsible for maintaining and updating the content on UPS Europe’s websites, as well as developing sales and customer collateral and supporting with other tasks as needed.

Key responsibilities:

Support the Customer Communications Supervisor, country teams and the marketing department to:

  • Produce publications, briefings and service updates to keep internal stakeholders and customers informed of changes/updates to products, services and tariffs

  • Develop content:

  • Write sales support collateral (sales memos, leaflets, presentations)

  • Proof-read and edit sales material supplied by other departments

  • Create customer-facing materials (landing pages, emails, social media posts)

  • Ensure all customer facing content has a compelling narrative, call to action and follows the brand guidelines

  • Maintain content library platform

  • Coordinate and execute projects:

  • Arrange translations and content reviews with in-country SMEs

  • Coordinate submissions and feedback from stakeholders within marketing, legal, strategy and corporate.

  • Work with vendors as required

  • Support with internal reporting and measuring of campaign results

Maintain and update content for Europe, including:

  • Working with country teams and/or vendors to translate and localize content

  • Managing change requests

  • Liaising between corporate, region, district and country teams as needed

  • Degree: Bachelors or higher (preferred in Communications/Marketing/Business)

  • Excellent command of English language (native level). Other languages are an asset

  • Written and verbal communications skills
