UPS Sales Operations Specialist in Brussels, Belgium

Job Summary:

Coordination of procedures and measurements (analysis – performance measurement – sales activity measurement and reporting – sales initiatives measurement) in order to support District Sales Operations Management and drive desired sales force behavior.

As a Region Small Package Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in providing & building additional support to the Districts and Internal Customers on all BD aspects in terms of communication, analysis and reporting.

Reports into Region Sales Operations Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Operations Specialist has the following responsibilities:

  • To co-ordinate Region Sales Operations process in order to ensure that Region Sales Operations supports Business Plan goals and drive desired sales force behavior.

  • To interact with District Sales Operations team in order to ensure that European activities are in sync with Region Sales Operations strategies and procedures.

  • To co-operate with other Region Departments to ensure cross-functional involvement in Sales Operations process.

  • Support with centralized reporting.

  • Driving Small Package initiatives in cooperation with sales management.

  • Data analysis and preparation of management reviews.

  • Looks for innovative methods to minimize report generation.

  • Optimizes existing report formats for best results.

Profile:

  • Commercial apprenticeship / or Bachelor degree

  • Basic UPS company / industry knowledge

  • Business awareness

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Perfect knowledge in MS Office

  • General understanding of systems and databases

  • Fluent English (verbal and written) and preferably one additional language
