UPS Customer Care Representative in Clark, Philippines

Position Summary

The UPS CS Customer Care Representative reports directly to a Supervisor. Acts asliaison, provides product/services information, and resolves any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

  • Understands UPS service, product, systems and procedure

  • Handles incoming calls for pick up, track and trace, complaints, claims, service guarantees, price quotation, service information, export shipments exception and other enquiries in professional manner

  • Updates the pickup arrangement, UPS supply request and tracking follow up

  • Identifies and records customer concern or issues

  • Recommends solutions to service concerns to management

  • Other duties assigned from time to time
