Job Summary: To provide reliable, daily administrative support for the Strategic Communications department.
Job Description: Process invoices and P-card statements; order supplies and equipment; maintain accurate inventory records for audio/visual and specialty equipment; coordinate department meetings (including venue, logistics, invitations, agendas, presentations, refreshments, etc.); execute daily, weekly and monthly reports for function; escort visitors and vendors on and off airport property; answer phones; provide general administrative support.
Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with iProcurement and Paynet preferred.
Additional Skills: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree preferred. Will generally work Monday through Friday 8:30a to 12:30p but must be flexible in terms of scheduling based on operational needs (i.e., occasionally supporting visits outside of traditional work hours and attendance at full department meetings).
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently as well as in concert with a team. Excellent customer service, organization and prioritization skills. Ability to meet established deadlines, self-starter, strong attention to detail, and excellent writing skills are a plus.
