UPS ECM Coordinator in Dallas, Texas

Are you looking to expand your career horizons? UPS is seeking an Administrative Assistant II working as a Region ECM Coordinator to manage the ECM system, a web-based database that provides a single platform for reporting issues or concerns.

The Region ECM Coordinator communicates with all levels of management, responds to department inquiries and assists with the development and administration of the ECM program. He/she also prepares reports and performs general administrative and office support activities for supervisors and managers.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provides ECM support to districts within the region

  • Manages cases throughout the resolution process to ensure a timely and satisfactory response is received by customer

  • Researches and updates information in ECM system

  • Has direct contact and subsequent follow-up with internal and external UPS customers

  • Monitors all inbound cases, in-progress cases and Corporate Concerns dispatched for customer contact; ensures satisfaction within allotted time

Knowledge and Skills

  • Has prior district experience in ECM and at least one year experience in a fast-paced office environment to include customer service experience

  • Possesses strong analytical, verbal/written communication, problem-solving, basic research, organizational and time-management skills

  • Demonstrates high levels of integrity, professionalism and accountability

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least one year office support experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
