As a customs Broker Operational Support Specialist at UPS, you’ll run our daily import and brokerage operations to a standard that cements our reputation as one of the world’s finest.
What you’ll do
Make sure daily import and brokerage operations runs smoothly, and all systems run as efficiently as possible.
Collaborate with the Brokerage Supervisor to create action plans that increase the quality of customs clearance and optimize the whole import process.
Arrange audits that assess compliance with customs regulations, reporting discrepancies the supervisor.
Follow up with our programmers to implement improvements to the Brokerage Operational Systems.

What you’ll need
It’s essential you have strong knowledge of import procedures and customs regularization. Plus, you must be able to speak in Dutch, English and French. Other than that, you need an analytical and problem-solving attitude. And possess good computers skills, including experience with MS Excel.
