UPS Internal Communication Specialist in Diegem, Belgium

At the moment we are looking to hire a new colleague to our HR department of UPS Small Package Belgium in Diegem. As an Internal Communications Specialist you are responsible for a timely, accurate and complete communication flow. You are part of the HR and Labor department, work closely with the Europe Region Employee Communications team and the Belgian Marketing team.

Job Description

The Internal Communications Specialist acts as the subject matter expert for Dutch, French and English language reviews. You are qualified by degree or experience to produce high-quality translations of labor and social legislation documents including works council and H&S meeting minutes into Dutch/French and English.

  • translating corporate, region and district materials (employee communications, presentations) and customizing them for a local Belux audience

  • creating local content upon the request of operational and support functions

  • production of a Belux employee newsletter

  • managing content on, SharePoint, internal employee communication channels, etc.

In this role you have a key role within the ERI (Employee Relations Activities) and you will be responsible for a part of the HR training programs and Community Involvement


Your Profile

  • BA/MA: translator, linguistics or communications

  • Trilingual (Dutch/French/English)

  • Technical and computer skills

  • You are confident, creative and flexible
