Job Description:

  • The candidate will be responsible for providing high service level to existing customers, ensuring customer retention and developing new accounts.

  • To maximize revenue by constantly monitoring activities, pipelines (Planned Budget versus Actual Sales) and develop action plan to close the gap or exceeds target.

  • Operate as lead consultant to propose performance improvement work based on customers’ needs.

  • Attend to customer complaints, improvement program and business review as ways to gather feedback and increase customer engagement

  • Conduct unlocking supply chain and optimization improvement plan for customers.


  • Degree or diploma in related fields

  • At least 2 years of field sales experience

  • Selling, negotiation, interpersonal & communication skills.

  • Demonstrate customer service focus

  • Able to communicate and interact with people at all level

  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • Experience in Logistic industry will be an added advantage

  • Total commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction

  • Possess own transport
