UPS Field Sales Representative - Business Development (based in Ha Noi) in Hanoi, Vietnam

Summary

We are seeking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative who will be responsible for achieving the sales target, growing the customer base and resolving customer's issues in order to achieve the business plan and total customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

  • Identifying sales opportunities

  • Conducting sales call and customer's visits in order to generate sales volume, revenue through conversion, retention and penetration

  • Handling customer complaints and enquiries

  • Following up on services failure issues

  • Implementing / Training / Coaching the customers to be engaged in UPS technology solutions and services

  • Co-ordinating with functional departments for support during the UPS sales process

  • Understanding of local business environment / inter-country customs, global commercial insights is priority

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related discipline

  • 2 years experience in performing in similar capacity in Courier Express environment preferably in Air Express / Airline / Transportation industry

  • Understanding the sales process

  • Good selling and negotiation skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good presentation skills

  • Dynamic, aggressive, constructive and dedicated personality

  • Good written and spoken English is a must

  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge in MS Office
