Job Summary:

This position will require working with UPS Dispatchers. The primary responsibility will be assembling the required flight paperwork for

flights arriving and departing FSD and providing the flight paperwork to the correct US Customs and Border Protections.

Job Description:

The short operational window involved with producing and distributing this paperwork makes this position fast-paced and requires a significant attention to detail. These are computer based reports that are taken to Customs daily. This position also reports to all feeder centers of the

amount of volume and the ETA’s on their planes. Some faxing may be required.

Required Skills:

Ability to work within time constraints. Ability to work independently. Good communication, phone etiquette, and operational skills as must. Good attendance record/dependability a must. *Employee must be flexible with work schedule to shift work days and hours for vacation/operations needs to potentially include additional hours and non-scheduled days with advance notice.

Additional Skills:

General knowledge of computers and their applications.

Interpersonal Skills:

The best candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, the ability to multi-task and handle stressful


Work Environment:

Office environment with repetitive tasks. Will be working directly with other employees. The dress code for the office is casual.

Hours: Wed-Fri 4:30am-9:30am,Sat 5:30am-10:30am,Sun 11:00pm-3:00am
