Job Description:
The UPS Reporting, Budgeting & Planning Analyst supports executive management through analysis of financial and risk-related data to effectively plan the strategic and tactical direction of the company. He/She works on UPS reports to analyze data, prepare communications, provide strategic financial input, and make recommendations.
The UPS Reporting, Budgeting & Planning Analyst reports to FM and Assistant FM.
What You’ll Do
Conducts Monthly Managerial Reporting
Conducts Monthly Managerial Reporting
Runs extracts of pertinent General Ledger balances across business units to reflect balances accurately on financial dashboard reports.
Identifies additional statistical data not contained within the General Ledger to provide additional measures of financial performance.
Reconciles financial data with monthly financial statements to ensure reporting consistency.
Distributes reports to management to facilitate information flow for strategic decision-making.
Conducts the Monthly Revenues Report.
Perform internal audit task and laise with all accounting members to assign each single function follow company compliance of internal auditing.
Tax reporting
Perform ad-hoc requirement from FM
Your Skills & Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance & Accounting.
At least 5 years related work experience.
Information Systems Knowledge in Oracle, Ms Access, Ms Excel.... Computer literate.
Having a good background of computer skill for reporting and analysis.
Ability to communicate with various levels of people in English.
Ability to maintain full set of accounts.
Good planning skills with effective written and verbal communication skills.
Assesses and Manages Risk.
Confidence, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Experience in volume driven and service oriented industry is preferred, example, courier, retail or any service industry
