Job Description:
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
1-2 years work/internship experience,
B.Sc. degree in engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering,
Excellent command of English, comfortable with giving presentations in English,
Excellent command of MS-Office tools(Especially Access & Excel),
Familiar with / interested in financial analysis key concepts and terminology,
No travel restrictions,
B Class Driving License owner and active driver,
Military service has to be completed for male candidates,
Self-driven in following his/her responsibilities,
Self-motivated, ready to take initiative, open for development,
Team worker and strong in interpersonal relationships,
Can adapt to dynamic work environment,
Has a clear vision of career goals,
JOB DESCRIPTION
Plans productivity targets for PKG operation level in accordance with the business plan.
Performs audits to measure compliance on performance, service, measurement, operating plans, and staffing. These results highlight our strengths and weaknesses in the PKG operation.
Develops accurate work measurement for the most effective operating plan and job setup.
Provide adequate methods, planning, and technical training.
Support operations in the implementation of new technologies, procedures, and operation plans that support optimum performance
