Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to lead Contract Logistics Operation in efficient and effective way while meeting customers’ demand in various aspects.
He/She must proactively contributes to the team and actively committed to the team development.
He/She analyzes and responds to customers’ requests, resolves customer issues, conducts research, prepares reports, and identifies account penetration opportunities.
He/She must be meticulous, able to communicate effectively and possess good planning & organizational skills in order to fulfill requirements of this position.
Responsibilities
Update and maintain SOP/WI reflecting up-to-date procedures
Train and communicate with operation staff to make sure they understand and follow SOP/WI
Analyze and respond to customers’ requests and resolve customers’ issues to ensure customers’ needs are met using RCA approach
Make sure the operations comply with the internal QMS, rules and regulations
Report progress updates, key achievements and any concerns to Supervisor and/or Manager
Generate operation-related reports in appropriate format using various software
Prepare KPI data and participate periodic operation review meeting with customer
Prepare and audit monthly billing, payment documents
Perform a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Lead and host meetings with customer
Co-work with solution for ad-hoc charges outside of the contract scope
Work with management to address process, safety, staffing, and training.
Encourage and take operational initiatives (Lean/6-Sigma, Penetrate/Spot Business)
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or above preferred
Minimum 3 years of work experience in Logistics or similar area (대리/과장 포지션)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and numerical approach
Problem-solving skills
Good IT skills, in particular spreadsheets and databases and a knowledge of warehouse
Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure
Good planning skills and able to meet targets and deadlines
Proficient in Korean and English
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Working Hours / Location
40 hours a week (Mon to Fri 09:00 – 18:00, except Public Holiday)
Lunch Time : 12:00 – 13:00
