Work Environment: Office environment with repetitive tasks. Works directly with other members of the Flight Administrative staff, management and Flight Crewmembers. Dress code is business casual with jeans. Must be able to lift 35 lbs. Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time depending on work activities. Heavy telephone and computer usage, along with face to face interaction with internal customers, primarily crewmembers. At times, may be the only person working in the office. Open office environment. Service, accuracy, efficiency are important to this environment.

Job Summary: Primary responsibilities include the processing of passport and visa applications. However, you will be required to learn all areas within Flight Administration. Those include, but not limited to, assisting crewmembers with luggage/uniform requests, jump seat bookings, sleep room assistance, flight control paperwork and assisting with general IPad/Electronic Flight Kit questions. You must be very flexible to work whatever area is necessary to cover breaks, lunches, absences, etc. Must be customer service oriented. Requires a lot of interaction with UPS crewmembers.

Job Description: The sheer volume of crewmembers transitioning the crew ready room makes this position fast-paced and requires a significant amount of detail. Candidate must be able to maintain a positive attitude and solid relationships. Must remain calm and effective under stress. Processing passport and visa applications timely and efficiently is critical for the crewmember to able to fly their schedule. This position requires the candidate to learn all positions within Flight Administration to cover various responsibilities for back-up purposes. Candidates must have strong computer skills and be abe to work with minimal supervision. Communication with your peers is critical and coordinating information with the day side team is also imperative.

Required Skills: Ability to work tight time constraints, prioritize tasks. Work independently, team player, good communication skills, phone etiquette and organized. Attention to detail. Excellent attendance is a must. Dependable, flexible. Intermediate word and excel skills. Strong computer skills.

Additional Skills: Knowledge of UPS systems a plus. Customer service skills, people skills, adaptable, enthusiastic, work with little supervision, database skills would be plus. Self-accountability skills. Flexible to cover others schedules when necessary. Able to train on days until comfortable with position.

Interpersonal Skills: Customer service skills, team player, positive attitude, flexible, adaptability, organized, ability to learn quickly, work in environment with little supervision, handle pressure from unhappy customers, communicate clearly in stressful situations.

Additional requirement: Must be able to go up and down crew stairs of airplane if needed.
