Job Description:

We are looking to onboard an intern to carry out their internship in the Human Resources department, providing support in the area of ​​selection, training, compensation and benefits, and hiring.

It is essential to be able to sign the internship agreement with the University.

What will your duties be?

  • Post offers, screening and selection of resumes.

  • Active search and telephone interviews.

  • Monitoring of the selection processes in the different job portals (LinkedIn...) providing fluid communication to candidates.

  • Preparation of selection reports.

  • Support in the onboarding of new employees. Support in administration tasks in the management of the annual training plan, as well as in the different development programs.

  • Workday: Process all tasks in the HR ERP System to keep it up to date.

  • Maintain databases, tracking systems, reports and various human resources documents.

  • Resolution of basic HR queries from employees.

  • Benefits policies, individually analyzing the benefits enjoyed by each employee to detect possible deviations.

  • Management of registration and cancellation of employee benefits in consideration of established procedures.

  • Management of invoices related to the dpt. HR (e.g. payment of employee benefits, etc.)

  • Support the administrative needs of the HR department processes.

Requirements

  • Final year students in the Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology or degrees related to HR.

  • Excellent communication, empathy and teamwork skills.

  • Great capacity for organization, planning and self-management.

  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

  • High english level.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word and Power Point).
