Your daily business:
Establish new customer relationships and maintain, develop existing relationships
Direct control & organize sales activities across business units which drive our products, services and revenue.
You are a source of information for your clients; you know the answers to all their questions!
Your innovative ideas ensure that the organization can continue to develop and improve.
Responsible for the correct hand-over of all customer responsibilities to Operations Management.
Responsible for Compliance with all UPS’ Service Level Agreements.
Responsible for the delivery of Customer Signature on Memorandum of Understanding, Non Disclosure Agreement, Legal binding Contract, Master Operating Plan, Standard Operating Plans and/or Service Level Agreements as well as Tariff and Price Agreements.
Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent
Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with team members
Experienced in effectively executing, solution-based enterprise sales process.
Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
Fluent in English
Good knowledge of the MS-Office tools
