Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team and spearhead the initial phase of our recruitment process. As a Talent Sourcer, you will employ diverse channels to actively seek potential candidates, engage with passive candidates, and cultivate talent pipelines for future hiring requirements. A Talent Sourcer is responsible for actively searching for potential candidates using various sourcing techniques. Talent Sourcers specialize in finding and attracting potential candidates. They interact with candidates, craft recruiting emails, develop talent pipelines, measure conversion rates, promote the employer brand, and maintain candidate databases. Your main objective is to identify and attract qualified candidates. You use various channels, such as internal resources and professional networks to identify, evaluate, and screen potential candidates with highly technical and specialized skills to fill vacant positions. A key element in this position is the ability to attract highly competitive and best-fit candidates for the job. You will primarily interact with potential candidates personally or online. Success in this role will be determined by providing an increased number of qualified candidates and retention rates.

As a Talent Sourcer, you will:

  • Coordinate with talent partners to design talent profiles and determine recruitment strategy

  • Pioneer and source candidate prospects for in-demand and hard-to fill requisitions

  • Craft and send recruitment outreach emails

  • Mine social media and professional networking resources to interact with potential candidates

  • Develop and maintain databases for current and future hires

  • Crowdsources potential candidates

  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, SeekOut and Dice.)

  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs

  • Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired

  • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks

  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

  • Promote our employer brand online and offline


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College/University

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer/Researcher, Recruiter, or related role is highly preferred

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
