TSG Specialist
YOUR PURPOSE
We have a fantastic opportunity available in our Technology Support Group located in Milan. As a member of our Italian support team, you'll have the chance to provide top-notch IT technical support for our internal computer systems and networks.
Your general activities include:
Maintaining and supporting PC systems and peripherals
Taking over network administration (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
Supporting and training users
Installing hardware and software
Carrying out network, hardware, and software audits
Providing standby support outside of our regular business hours

Bachelor's degree
Deep knowledge of networks and IT topics
English language skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Driving licence
Readiness to travel within Italy
