UPS Country Finance Supervisor in Otopeni, Romania
Prepare and be responsible for commercial finance (revenue) reporting and accounting on weekly and monthly basis.
Provide weekly forecast update on major financial indicators (statistics, revenue, expense) with supporting details.
Coordinate of relevant month end activities: cost controlling and accruals.
Create and deliver presentations that inform the target groups about the periodic financial results, future projects and profitability analysis and their consequences for the company.
Supervise compliance activities with regards to relevant self-audits performed in the department and strictly following corrective actions where needed.
Review of commercial finance documents (refunds to customers, settlements, checks approval, account profiles, discounts, vendors forms opening, vendor invoices).
Coordinate cash flow forecasting and actuals submission to Region Treasury.
Follow internal procedures to control processes and minimize financial and compliance risks for the company.
Liaising with different departments in the country as well as offshore global business center locations.
2-3 years relevant experience as Finance Coordinator/Supervisor
University degree in Finance and/or Accounting;
