Have overall responsibility for the performance of a multi-million-Euro revenue business in a customer centric environment.

What you´ll do:
Operational and business management of the Portugal business unit reporting to Iberia Freight Manager
Leading a team of 20 people
Developing our air, ocean and brokerage business
Supporting our sales force (including customer visits)
Negotiating with outside service providers including carriers
Optimizing existing and implementing new processes
Compliance with local regulation (Professional Certification for Freight Forwarding and Brokerage)

Internal training
What you´ll need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Logistics or a related field)
Experience in managing a branch and/ or P&L
Strong leadership skills
Extensive knowledge in Air & Ocean Freight Forwarding
Cooperative team working attitude.
Fluent in English and Portuguese (knowledge of Spanish will be value)
Ability to make decisions.
Quality and efficiency driven.
Customer centric attitude
Willingness travel when required.
