Job Description:

Job Summary

This position understands and performs general office procedures in a fast-paced office environment using effective time-management skills. He/She communicates effectively, solves intermediate-level problems and assists with basic research needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Answers telephone, keys data, files, etc.

  • Prepares reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel.

  • Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal use and distribution.

  • Prepares and maintains departmental calendars and schedules.

  • Coordinates departmental meetings involving catering and travel arrangements for multiple parties.

  • Performs various other tasks as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent

  • Data entry skills - Required

  • Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills

  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • 6 months - 1 year office support experience - Preferred

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $16.20/hr to $26.35/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
