About this role:

This key InfoSec and Privacy position is needed to support The UPS Store and importantly, is justified by the expanded scope of responsibility to also include the UPS Store in CANADA. Ongoing, this role is needed re-occurring SecOps, governance, risk, compliance, & privacy for US & Canada.

Guides project activities and teams in identifying opportunities for the development of standard methods and policies, improving the efficiency of processes. Coaches and trains colleagues to increase skill sets and knowledge. This position leads junior team members with project related activities and tasks.

Provides leadership to cross functional project teams for planning teamwork, developing quality work products, monitoring resources, reviewing work products, and resolving business issues. This position provides input on the development, direction, and implementation of IAM strategy, initiatives, and governing policies.

The Lead Information Security Analyst performs a broad range of complex technical and professional work functions to identify, investigate, analyze, and remediate information security GRC. He/She leads security administration and service operations functions to ensure enterprise integrity against technical and physical risks. This position determines the effectiveness of security controls, identifies risks and control gaps, and communicates areas for process improvement and solutions through the security governance process.

Where permitted by applicable law, employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by their date of hire/placement to be considered for employment. Fully vaccinated means two weeks after receiving the second shot for Pfizer and Moderna, or two weeks after Johnson & Johnson.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with Critical Security Controls standards: PCI, NIST, ISO…

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an InfoSec Analyst or InfoSec Manager

  • Intermediate level proficiency with office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Project Management, Business Process Analysis, and security dashboards.

  • Microsoft Cloud: Azure AD, O365, D365 a plus.

  • SIEM, QRadar preferred.

  • Experience with Access Control Analysis, Incident Response/Crisis Management Planning, Information Security Project Management, Data Analysis and Auditing Controls

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail

  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work to meet deliverables and deadlines

  • Ability to work independently

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience.
