Job Summary:
This position performs general office duties respective to the supported group, such as data manipulation, planning, package handling, shipping, auditing, inventory, customer support, operations support, etc. He/She performs other tasks as requested.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer pick up calls, tracking, tracing inquiries, Import and Export inquiries, with objective to provide quality telephone customer service.
Follow up customer's inquires for offering quick and accurate resolution.
Qualifications:
Minimum college or University Diploma/Degree or related discipline
Good command of English
Customer Focus
Computer Literate
Excellent communication skills
Positive and able to work well in a team with excellent interpersonal skill
Ability to demonstrate initiative and determination in a professional manner
Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
Working Hours:
40 hours a week (Mon to Fri 09:00-18:00 / Break 12:00-13:00)
Sat work once a month: 09:00-13:00
