UPS HR Analyst - Recruitment (12 Months' Contract/Based in Alps Ave) in Singapore, Singapore
We are looking for a HR Senior Officer to join the Human Resource team on a 1 year contract basis.
Job Responsibilities
(a) Support recruitment process
Manage job postings on various job portals and screen applicants to source for potential candidates to meet business units' hiring needs
Coordinate with hiring managers to arrange candidate interviews and post-interview process
Conduct background & reference checks for selected candidates in line with internal guidelines
(b) Manage onboarding and offboarding of the workforce
Provide administrative support to onboard/offboarding workforce e.g. preparation of compensation proposals, appointment letters, application of MOM work passes etc.
Liaise with Hiring Managers, Payroll and internal stakeholders to administer onboarding and offboarding processes per internal guidelines
(c) Assist with adhoc HR projects or assignments
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management or related fields
Possess strong knowledge of local labor legislations and requirements
Past experience in work pass applications, on/offboarding is a plus
Meticulous, responsible and well-organized individual with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with individuals at all levels
Able to work independently and in a team
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and relevant HR Systems
