UPS HR Analyst - Recruitment (12 Months' Contract/Based in Alps Ave) in Singapore, Singapore

We are looking for a HR Senior Officer to join the Human Resource team on a 1 year contract basis.

Job Responsibilities

(a) Support recruitment process

  • Manage job postings on various job portals and screen applicants to source for potential candidates to meet business units' hiring needs

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to arrange candidate interviews and post-interview process

  • Conduct background & reference checks for selected candidates in line with internal guidelines

(b) Manage onboarding and offboarding of the workforce

  • Provide administrative support to onboard/offboarding workforce e.g. preparation of compensation proposals, appointment letters, application of MOM work passes etc.

  • Liaise with Hiring Managers, Payroll and internal stakeholders to administer onboarding and offboarding processes per internal guidelines

(c) Assist with adhoc HR projects or assignments

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management or related fields

  • Possess strong knowledge of local labor legislations and requirements

  • Past experience in work pass applications, on/offboarding is a plus

  • Meticulous, responsible and well-organized individual with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with individuals at all levels

  • Able to work independently and in a team

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and relevant HR Systems
