UPS Human Resource Analyst (12 months contract) in Singapore, Singapore

We are looking for an experienced HR Analyst to join our Human Resource Team. The key responsibilities focus on attracting qualified candidates utilizing successful recruiting channels. Works with the hiring managers to select, review and identify prospective candidates besides conducts phone interviews with candidates, and coordinate assessment and functional interviews.

  • Supports Recruitment Process

  • Screen Candidates & Coordinate Interview and Assessment Process

  • Selects and Reviews Candidates and Placements

Job Requirements

  • Possess a degree in Human Resources or Marketing or Business Administration

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment /talent acquisition experience

  • Professional with strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Possess hands on interviewing and candidate sourcing experience in an in-house/agency environment is preferred
