UPS Sales Manager (Healthcare) in Singapore, Singapore

Your main responsibilities:

  • We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to contribute to UPS Healthcare’s sales objectives. Your responsibilities include supervising a field sales team of AE and MAEs across several countries in APAC and building long-term client relationships. This position is aligned across Small Package and Freight Forwarding

  • As a Sales Manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run

  • In this leadership role, you will demonstrate expertise in people and performance management through delivering effective mentoring and coaching interaction activities alongside your substantial sales experience as a key account manager.

  • You will lead your team empowering them to achieve a high delivery of new business development and retention, to meet and exceed sales targets and key financial measures whilst managing the day to day activities and duties performed by Sales Manager.

Skills Needed:

  • Ambition and drive to win

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in any disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in logistics industries

  • Proven track record with 3 years of successful people management experience

  • Experience in B2B and Healthcare sales with the ability to build and execute comprehensive dynamic sales strategies, plan and campaigns.

  • Possess experience in selling Freight Forwarding in Air and Ocean Freight, as well as Small Package

  • Demonstrate competency in driving results, collaborating and influencing others, development of diverse talent, meeting and exceeding customer expectations and proven communication skills

  • Strong verbal and written English language skills.

  • Flexible to travel domestically and if required internationally (primarily within APAC).

  • Collaborating with other regions and time zones means you’ll be flexible with working hours.
