Job Description:

The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for administering Compensation, Benefits related tasks. He/She coordinates the exchange of information between internal and external groups.

Compensation & Benefits Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing ad hoc queries, job code requests, and standard report compilation.

  • He/She identifies and translates user systems requirements to develop complex forms, report layouts, and programs. This position examines business report content to develop new formats, improve existing formats, and preserve basic format characteristics.

  • He/She provides administrative support and participates in special assignments


  • Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related

  • Preferably with 2-5 years Compensation / Benefits / Mobility experience

  • Must demonstrate strong analytical & problem solving skills as well as prioritization skills

  • Adhere to policies and procedures and balance with customers’ needs

  • Possess good written & spoken English abilities
