Job Description:
This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects. He/She performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.
What You’ll Do
Send arrival notice to customers who will clear customs by themselves.
Check freight charge and send information to customers.
Receive CDF and release form from customers, handle customs supervision at Express customs, handover to OPS team for delivery.
Remind by email or call if customers still delay clearance. Support customers to complete customs process.
Check and reply email on time.
Support team if have.
Your Skills & Requirements
University or College degree in foreign trade, international trade, international economics, logistics or supply chains.
Knowledge of import / export. Have knowledge in Customs Law & Regulations. Experience with VNACCS system is a plus.
1-2 years relevant experience in similar capacity. Experience from Brokerage agents is highly appreciated.
Good computer literacy.
Good oral & written communication skill in Vietnamese & English.
Hard working, diligent, & self-motivated.
Able to work under pressure.
Have teamwork attitude & problem-solving skills.
