Job Description:
Declare customs for import/ export shipments (translate goods descitiption into Vietnamese, apply HS code, calculate D&T…)
Submit declaration to Vnaccs system on time to get customs approval for release
Work with customers to get required information/ document for customs declaration
Deeply understand customs regulations on import/ export (HS code, government controlled goods…) for correct declaration and give consultant to customers when required
Compile daily report accurately and legibly in order to provide information to management /others for service improvement and operation analysis
Verify the correctness of declaration documents and compliance with Government regulations
