Implements HR Initiatives and programs

Provides Business Solutions Using Human Capital, provide an effective consultative partnership with business management

Conducts Comprehensive HR Investigations, maintains current knowledge on employee relations topics, utilizes knowledge of internal Labor policies, contracts, provisions, and government regulations to guide HR process implementation and prevent legal problems

Provides Consultative and Strategic HR Support, collaborates with business management to identify employee skill gaps and support implementation of employee development plans and improving interventions

Supervises and Develops Subaltern Employees

4-5 years relevant experience in the role in a multinational company

Good communications skills; flexibility

Capability to understand complex issues and procedures

Ability to work under pressure

Problem solving attitude

University or College Degree (in HR is an advantage)
