Key Accountabilities

Customer Care Representative is responsible for attending to customer pick up requests, customer inquiries, shipment information, concerns and other general requests.

Education and Work Experience

• Knowledge for written in English and basic skills on computer

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill

• Positive thinking, accountability & customer-oriented mindset

Working Hours

• 40 hours a week

• Mon to Fri 09:00 18:00

• Sat 09:0013:00 (Once or Twice a month)

• Holiday 09:0012:00

Working Location

• 94-3, Mullae-ro, Youngdeungpo-gu, Seoul, 07295, Korea
