UPS Global Freight Forwarding_Ocean_Contract Position in South Korea
Summary
Responsible for handling Ocean export operation activities and coordinating customer requests for international export shipments. You will work with colleagues in more than 220 countries and territories worldwide.
Responsibilities
Handling shipping requests and setting shipping plan by arranging shipping space with ocean carrier, negotiating for the cost reduction if necessary
Pricing, Issuing shipping documents, billing, system update for cargo visibilities
Providing customer service, communicating with overseas offices
Qualification
Customer-oriented, positive and cooperative in team setting with strong interpersonal skill
More than 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
Good planning skill equipped with effective English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate initiatives and manage multiple assignments and prioritize accordingly
Attention to details and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
Working Hour
5 days a week
Mon – Fri 9:00 -18:00
