UPS HR Senior Assistant (Permanent Position) in South Korea

UPS Korea is in need of C&B Sr. Assistant to administrate and handle payroll and benefits. In this role, you will be required to do an accurate payroll process, record, and collect payroll data, ensuring all work hours, benefits. A leading of CSR activities of UPS Korea as well.

  • Participate in Total Remuneration Survey and analyze Salary Structure and Salary increase process

  • Payroll: 4 social insurances, monthly payroll process, In/Out control

  • Benefit admin: administrative for leave policy, retirement pension, Group term life & insurance and other insurance.

  • HR admin: employee services and manage HR data update with HRIS program

  • HR Policy update and management – Understand local labor law and survey for local labor news

  • CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility): lead for the company community activities (N2N - Neighbor to Neighbor, GVM - Global Volunteer Month, Tree Planting, Grant/Sponsorship deliver to local NGOs)

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline

  • 2+ years’ experience as an HR assistant or a relevant HR role

  • In-house payroll management/administration experience preferred

  • Good knowledge of local labor laws

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Verbal and written English proficiency

  • Strong commitment and compliance on company regulations and guidelines
