UPS Marketing Supervisor in South Korea

  1. Customer Segmentation
  • Segment customers by vertical industry in Korea

  • Identify common needs and pain points that customers have in high potential each segment

  • Prepare customer solutions and values adequate each of high potential segments

  1. Value Proposition Creation
  • Create value adequate to each customer segment or down the road to customers

  • Communicate with Region/District Customer Segment team to get support or verifications of the values

  • Communicate values to BP and country team

  1. BD Support
  • Support BD in Supply Chain Mapping and creating QVP (Quantified Value Proposition) through Integrated Value Tool

  • Conduct joint sales calls with BD team to present QVP

  1. Reporting
  • Prepare and conduct activity reports for Country/District/Region

  • Participate Country AGC (Accelerate Growth Committee) and Strategy Room meeting regularly

Education and WorkExperience

  • Relevant Experience More than 3 years

  • Good MS Office skills

  • Sense of accuracy and time management

  • Adhere to procedures and balance with internal customers needs

  • Good Communication skills and Interpersonal skills

  • Basic written & spoken English
