Job Description:
Performing Inbound and Outbound operation (paperwork & ramp Operations).
Update flight details in the system.
Preparation of Outbound flight paperwork's and disseminate to the respective parties.
Monitoring Cargo Build Up at CFS vendor warehouse.
Updating the daily ULD Utilization Log, OTP Tracker , Tonnage projection report, Per piece count report, flight activity report, OTP report, Payload Utilization report on the SharePoint.
Supervise operation of vendor GSE equipment and various gadgets of company (UPS) and provide periodic and on-demand maintenance to ensure proper working of equipment’s.
Perform LMS (Learning Management System) employee job rules to ensure applicable training is assigned to all UPS (Gateway & Hub) and Vendor (POS Aviation / Petronas) personnel.
Willing to Temporarily relocated to other Gateway.
Job requirements
Diploma in logistics or supply chains
Knowledge of import / export. Experience with Cargo Handling
1-3 years of experience in a similar position. Having experience working in Airline will be highly appreciated.
Good computer usability. Influent communication and writing skills in Bahasa and English.
Ability to work in high-pressure environments. Good teamwork and problem-solving ability
