UPS Total Rewards Specialist in Singapore
'The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for administering Compensation, Benefits & Mobility related tasks. He/She coordinates the exchange of information between internal and external groups.
Compensation & Benefits Responsibilities
Responsible for providing ad hoc queries, job code requests, and standard report compilation. He/She identifies and translates user systems requirements to develop complex forms, report layouts, and programs. This position examines business report content to develop new formats, improve existing formats, and preserve basic format characteristics. He/She provides administrative support and participates in special assignments
Acts as a liaison between various UPS teams, vendors, and international Human Resource teams at home and host country to ensure international assignment matters adhere to UPS global relocation policies. He/she coordinates and facilitates international assignment orientation and follow up materials to educate new assignees on processes and procedures. He/she provides answers and solutions or identifies appropriate resource(s) to ensure assignee problems are addressed.
Diploma / Bachelor Degree
2-5 years Compensation / Benefits / Mobility experience
Must demonstrate strong analytical & problem solving skills as well as prioritization skills
Adhere to policies and procedures and balance with customers needs
Good written & spoken English
