UPS is now looking for a Finnish-speaking agents to join the Customer Resolution Group (CRG) in Järfälla.

As a person, you are used to working at a high pace. You are a confident and empathetic person who likes to help and respond to customers. As a person, you take ownership and make sure to give customers the very best service.
Main areas of responsibility:
As an employee in the customer service support group, you will take care of incoming cases by e-mail from UPS customers and from other UPS countries. These customers expect a service beyond the ordinary and it will be your job to meet their needs and expectations.
The tasks also include work with package tracking, invoice queries, crediting and complaints.
In the role you are also expected to back up the Customer Service department when high volume incoming calls.
You have at least high school graduation or similar
You have a background in customer service or similar.
You have a good knowledge of MS office included Excel
Service-oriented, structured and stress-resistant
positive attitude and a strong will to do a good job
You are used to working towards set goals.
You express yourself well in speech and writing in both Finnish and English.
Experience from the transport industry is an advantage

Information about the position
The position is full-time with a 40-hour working week.
Working hours vary between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday according to schedule.
Collective agreements exist with the Union.

The service is for the time being full-time, starting as soon as possible.
