UPS Order Processing Rep III in United States

Position Summary

Perform daily administration tasks related to customer account setup and maintenance. Post-Implemementation analysis and reporting.

Key Accountabilities

  • Setup customer accounts in various business operating systems

  • Setup visibility and reporting system

  • Organize business meetings

  • Document and distribute project plans and action items

  • Follow-up and report on customer project status

  • Document customer profile and SOP, validate same in business system

  • Database Maintenance

  • Produce accurate information and reporting on time

  • Development communication plans for various implementation projects

  • Participate in process improvement opportunities.

Other Job requirements

  • Administer multiple customer setup projects with ability to meet timeline associated with business go-live.

  • Accurate, timely report preparation and distribution

  • Apply good communication skills, both written and oral

Education and Work Experience

  • College degree in Logistics and transportation

  • 5 years of experience in the transportation and Customs brokerage field
